At The Goulet Pen Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your writing experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new, unused items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Safely pack your items in their original product packaging, including all accessories and documentation, to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix your shipping label to the box and drop it off at your local carrier; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 3-5 business days.
